You can log in to check your lesson time, reschedule lessons, record your practice time, and more.

To cancel a lesson:

1. Log into the student portal.
2. Find the lesson you will miss, select it and hit "cancel."
3. If you cancel by the day before the lesson, you will be issued a make-up credit automatically.
4. If you cancel the day of the lesson due to a true student emergency, email or text your teacher and you will receive a make-up credit on the student portal.
5. If you cancel the day of for any other reason, unfortunately, you are ineligible to receive a make-up credit.

To use a make-up credit:

1. Log into the student portal. You will see the number of make-up credits you have.
2. Find a make-up lesson time that works for your schedule.
3. Select it and hit "register."
